Communication was excellent every step of the way! Usually you wonder if someone got the flowers and what they look like, but here they sent me pictures before they were delivered, texted me when they were ready for delivery and then after they were delivered. What a nice service. And, yes the flowers were so beautiful- even better than the website picture! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful customer service! I live in California and needed flowers delivered to a friend on the same day I placed the order. J'Adore Couture sent me pictures of the flowers (which I really appreciated) and kept me updated on the delivery status. The bouquet was really beautiful and brought a lot of joy to my friend during a difficult time. I 100% would recommend this business.
